After years of COVID confinement, at last you were able to travel but the price is high. Jet Lag can lasts for days or even weeks. To shorten your recovery, choose from the remedies below. Arnica:
Weak, sore, bruised and exhausted. Like you were beaten black and blue, but you can’t see the bruises.

Cocculus Indicus:
Weakness, nausea, dizziness, and fainting. You have been taking care of your family and yourself as if you already had COVID. Even the fresh air makes you sick to your stomach. By laying down, you can prevent vomiting.

Gelsemium:
Maybe you went to sleep, but you never woke up. Your eyelids are heavy. Dumb, droopy, dizzy and dull. Your motor nerves never woke up.

Coffea:
Too excited to sleep.

Phosphorus:
Nervous, too sensitive to all stimuli.

Coca:
Exhaustion similar to altitude sickness.

Radium bromatum or x-ray:
Similar to exposure to x-rays or atomic radiation, you feel like you were zapped. Not just your muscles (Arnica) or your nerves (Gelsemium) but more toxic. So nausea. (Often you need to directly email reputable homeopathic pharmacies such as Hahnemann Labs to get less familiar remedies. They will be missing from their public lists.)
